Realize that this is a BT (Ben Tippmann) and not a Tippmann Sports gun (X7). Two completely different companies.

The "Battle Tested" tag is sort of funny considering what a barnacle the BT-16 was. I really liked the BT-4 though.

There's different levels of mil-sim. From mild to anal retentive. A lot of people want something that looks like the real deal, with out the limitations.

I donŽt get that you have to have the stock there, youŽll (well, I at least) use it with a tank attached. It doesnŽt look too comfy with both.
The stock is also way too high to get a proper sightline.

I do like that finally companies are implementing new technology to woodsball markers. I have high hopes for the Bob Long milsim marker.

Er, it's roughly in the same position as on an MP7. Unless HK really screwed up the MP7, the sightline should be fine.

Apparently you are forgetting we have to wear paintball masks also.

Yeah... stock is in a good position (and correct) for real steal and bullets.... but a poor position for paintball use. But milsim'ers want real steal looking guns.

I know what you mean, The A5 was a great start back in 2002. All the Tippmann fans were holding their breath waiting for the next big thing, so they drop the C-3 Barbecue grill on us, Ok Ok still wanting, then a remake of the 98c with an e-grip yawn!, Ok still waiting then they have the audacity to put 98 parts in a drill motor and try to sell it to newbies and finally a sad remake of the A5 called the X-7. At that point the attitude changed to well they make a great rental marker.....NEXT.
