Since the military and police train with paintball as well I think it's pretty much even.

So playing terrorist in the woods with paintballs is preparing them for real urban combat? Can you imagine what the terrorist leaders in Afghanistan must be thinking about this western wanna-be terrorist cell see a bunch of people in the woods playing paintball. You know they must have been rolling on the floor. Even though still very dangerous, but still come on.

As for obstacle courses, how many fields of battle do you see nicely lined up tires you have to run through or monkey bars connecting buildings? I bet a great many battles were won and lost due to the ability of soldiers to traverse monkey bars. I think terrorists should also learn to surf. Because you never know an amphibious assault on a beach is needed.

I'm glad paintball gets credit, because if it was with NERF or SuperSoaker guns, the jury would be laughing their heads off. I can see it now....

If it turns out they were playing stock class I'm going to start building a bomb shelter in my backyard, otherwise I'm not too worried.

That is ok somewhere in the woods there are some local militia guys playing paintball, practicing defening their familiy against terrorist, I think they cancel each other out.
