clearly this thing is gonna blow the ARMY Black models outta the water as well as the X7 series...... I like the way it looks, even if its not 100% to scale correctness of a M4, it still looks much better than what the companies are offering... there is that one guy who does automag-m4s using the castings of actual M4 bodies to make them...but theyre expensive, and seems to be mech-only (E-mag it would be even better though)

Probably another Tadao board running things from the inside.
I'd like to see anything actually hit 28 bps

Blowbacks make full cycles at 1/40th of a second. There is a high-speed vid on my site somewhere with timestamps.

Anyway, I really like mil-sim looking guns. I had accessory rails, lasers, flashlights, GPS mounts, etc, on my guns in the mid 90s. Those things made scenerio games fun.

Though, I like it when it seems functional. Lots of rails make sense. Flat black makes sense. Adjustable stocks and bipods make sense. Even raincovers make sense. But fake magazines? They are not functional, and always seem out of place to me.

Nice find, I wasn't aware a qloader could go anywhere near 30.

No way. These are only going to be in the hands of the hardcore, I suspect. What's a Marq cost? Then pull the internals and put it into a way more complicated, limited run machined body? I'd bet these are going to be over a grand, easy.

The new MP7 BT might put a hurtin on the other low-end milsim guns, but I see this being too specialized and pricy for most people looking for a scenario styled gun.

unless they hide a E-Mag system of board and batteries kinda like the invert mini? or a functional reg thats still slim...

Mayvik, i never said anything about cost :P but modding an X7 to the point where it looks the way you iwant it to look is gonan be closer to $500-600 or so, and then after that, its a few hundred to bump it into the truly custom arena, or the M4 automag from reaper custom paintball; which starts at around 900 or so wiht the basic automag package in it...then you have the vast majority of electros that doesnt have a body for them, cept noxx55 tac stock or spec ops t2w stocks, and thats it. SO....TM-7, SP1, Tac-1 are all steps in the right direction regardign milsim/scenario-oriented markers, the M-Tac is probably gonna be just as popular, simply because players who loves their Marqs but wants rail system and all that would be willing to get the M-tac, and theyre not gonna go get an X7 when they already have markers that outperforms the X7 series.

I suppose. Although I did see some pics of the sorta thing that ATS -might- be coming out with soon and ooooh la la. Definitely worth the $500 on those.
