Not sure since I haven't seen the piece of land yet.

I'm guessing they mean slightly bigger than the Pre-RV Park Colfax field.
So they'll do things like the Jason Vs. Freddy
But I doubt they'll have enough room to pull in something like a National Scenario company to put something on, although if I'm wrong and they do have real scenarios, well then I'll be extremely happy.
