Remember The Ronin . com

Guys,

Your posts are great. It is good to see so much activity and care when we lose someone. I have taken the liberty and used some of the posts directly and also posted the link to MCB and automags.org for more viewing.
If anyone happens to get a good picture they want up on the RTR Legends page just get it to me.

Went to Sam's visitation yesterday. One has to wonder how one will be remembered when they are gone. After reading the names on the flowers that were sent one can see how this man was remembered. He was one of the founding fathers of our sport and his friendship to many shows by the names upon the flowers at the service.
I will be going back up to Nashville today for the services.I am tempted to wear a Hawaiian shirt as that is what we wore when we were on the road back in the day as the members of the Ridgerunner traveling team.

His quick response was "recoil".

Sam was an actual store owner who would take the time to speak with his customers and explain the marker. He would help anyway he could. Would take time out of his busy schedual during the Masters to say hi and talk with you. He and Jim sent me a an 90's Masters shirt and patch when I was in the middle East. someone here now owns that patch. He was a great person. Wish some of the "AGG" crowd would have known him and what he really did. He was a major push behind letting 16 yr olds play in paintball and the MSPS leauge. He knew where the futire of the sport needed to come from.
Later,
Blackrain
