Most scenario people don't use egos. Most scenario teams sponsored by PE have Eteks. I also don't think MacDev would bother retooling everything to make it milsim. I am guessing at least $800 for a base model unless they use plastic and what not. I don't foresee James doing that.

Even though not produced now....Seen alot of mint looking AKA stuff at the last scenario...

Hate to tell you...but some of us have a mint into our "scenario" markers.....

Maybe I'll pull out my A-5 sheet and list all the add-ons and see what they add up too...Bet I come close to some of the prices above...Then again god forbid that you could buy a milsim marker off the shelf that you won't have to build up to be reliable.....

Still the question is will they do it....That's up to them...

I am well aware of what team you are on and who your sponsors are. My team has played a few games with you over the last year or two. There really is no need for the tone. I am merely offering my opinion based on my experiences in the scenario world and paintball world. Lighten up dude.

As for your A5 and all the upgrades. Do you think people will spend $800 for the gun and another $800 for ups and gadgets? There are many guns that are just fine off the shelf and plenty reliable. So I don't know where you are going with that comment. You are not the only ones with a "mint" invested in to your gear.

So you see AKA stuff, big deal. So you guys use Egos, big deal. The majority of people do not use high end guns. I happen to use several high end speedball guns, big deal.

This also does not have to do with your relationship with PE or your sponsor price. Most people are not sponsored and pay retail for the most part. This was about MD. In our interview with James 2 months ago he pretty much refused to do a pump or to change anything from the Borg and Droid. That knowledge is what led me to say that I do not think James and MacDev would bother making a milsim gun.

I love MD. I bought my first X-fighter Borg from Frink a couple of months ago and I love it. I actually need to put it up for sale since I just purchased a Droid, and I will most likely purchase this new Borg. Does my Droid count as milsim since it is real tree camo ???

There is a market for everything... just don't see highend milsim guns being all that big. Guess we will have to see if Bob Longs gun ever comes out and sells. You seem to be unaware that the majority of scenario and woodsball players do not use thousand dollar guns.

I hope if a MacDev rep reads this..There are players who would love to have a scenario marker in this price range that wouldn't need up grades or add-ons to get the proformance, efficiently and reliablity.

Yeah well websites were pre-selling jrny hoppers months ago and they aren't out yet. IMO if it was actually coming out there would be more info and some prices. Hell even tippmann photshopped a shadow to market.
