BAWLS also does a lot, and I mean a lot, of lan parties/frag fests, where people bring computers, hook 'em up, and play videogames for 1-2 days straight. I can't handle more than an hour of a videogame at a time, so I can't do it, but I guess its like a scenario for computer geeks (that don't paintball)

I too think this is a step in the right direction. I have said for years that the only way the sport would progress past a cool hobby was to get outside sponsors. No matter how much you tag “professional” on an event or player, the general public just does not see it that way unless they see sponsors from things they see and use in every day life. And maybe, just maybe, these sponsors will demand teams clean up their acts.

Now we need to see Ben Gay, Tylenol, some laundry detergent brands, etc. jump in. Those I would think would also be logical choices.

How about Breakfast food sponsors, "Motrin and coffee" is my all time favorite.

I'm surprised there aren't any alcohol sponsors for scenario yet. I guess nobody has asked. With all of the stuff that flows on Friday night they'd be making a good investment.
