One of the suppliers down here refuses to deal with NPS due to their crappy plan of you sell only our stuff. You really can`t strong arm your customers but so much, before they get tired of your crap. It is almost hard to belive they got as big as they are with this attitude. On the personal side of things, my only dealings with NPS were when I lost a velocity adjuster off of a 32degrees marker. I called them to try to purchase a replacement, and they mailed me one for free.

Folks bring up good points about strong arming stores and even competitors. I am not thrilled with NPS getting bigger, but I admit it does not affect me much. For me it is a matter of principle and sometimes principle should take the front seat and not the back seat in favor of profits and the all mighty dollar.
