Technical Project Manager

Kee Action Sports is a leading paintball manufacturer and distributor of paintball equipment, apparel and paintballs. Industry leading brands include Empire, Invert, BT, RPS, and other highly regarded paintball brands/products. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee various paintball product lines. This role is responsible for developing and managing product lines, being the main contact with overseas factories.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with R&D and Marketing to develop and manage all product specifications (Quotes, Detailed Prints, design attributes and timelines)
Daily interaction and management of multiple overseas factories
Interact and communicate with internal functional departments

Minimum Requirements

Fluid in speaking and writing in Mandarin and English
Manufacturing experience with injection molded plastic and aluminum machined products
3-5 years of overseas vendor relations within a consumer packaged goods
2-3 years experience in product management
Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, and MS Project
CAD/CAM Software experience
Must be able to travel overseas 25% of the time
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage projects with internal and external customers
Strong, positive attitude and work ethic desired.
General understanding of paintball industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree

Just picking. I kinda find statements like that funny sometimes. Especially on a job application when they expect perfection.
