That's exactly what I meant.

The burst disk is a old idea. I beleive Aerostar was the first to do that on the bottom of their steel co2 tanks.

My point is then, that your idea wont help you figure out if you have enough to play another game. You wouldnt know until it was too late..............

I don't like it. How am I supposed to install anti-siphon for people in this tank?

You could find out the tank is empty, well, when it was empty.

Which, the sputtering gun would tell you.

Walmart.com: Berkley 50 lbs. Digital Fish Scale: Fishing & Boating
For $17.96 from Walmart you could have a guage that would work on all the CO2 tanks you currently have. It is called a Fish scale. Just weigh you tanks empty then weigh them full and do a little math.

That's not going to help you out on the field though.

Nor while the tank is attached to a gun, which may have up to (and over) 200 paintballs in it. At that point, you might as well weigh it on the scale used to fill.

I like the bonnet system. Just last weekend we were having trouble with an hpa tank's reg unscrewing in the middle of it, very scary.
