For anyone still confused with the whole supercritical thing, this is a good demonstration.

Agreed. I've got one of these tanks I run on my Hammer 7 and it works great! Almost...the magnet that makes it all possible likes to jingle around in there when I'm trying to be all super stealthy n stuff

tempering with a tank is generally not recommended unless you are an airsmith.

is it leaking only when attached to the gun? change its o-ring.

if it is leaking even by itself. really, buy another.

Ugh! I know what you mean. Hearing it bounce around drove me nuts, I'm glad I switched over to HPA shortly after getting one of those bottles.

heinos, airsmithing no problem couse I'm...

the tank leaking by inside...

If this valve glued, I think about heat and force like "old" co2 valves...

Anyone take off this IVT ???

I took one off because some part of the inside came apart. It was more exploratory. They are glued in, so they need some heat if you want it whole. I just tore mine out, more interested in the bottle. Actually, there may be part of it still in there and I wasn't sure which part broke first. You need a flat wrench to get to those flats at the bottom of the neck, but I couldn't make one strong enough at the time. Pull the burst disk out before you heat. Mine was acting like the pin broke or the spring assembly dropped out of the bottom.

***

Your pic reminded me...the part that is still in mine is the piece shown holding the pin. It has a pair of flats (aluminum) cut in it. It was designed for a valve tool, which was something else I wasn't very interested in making after I chewed up the top. You can kind of see that the pin collar is oblong.

***

They are a nice form factor; shorter and a little wider. The magnet gauge mostly worked.

Hey Spider... see that...

I recept a email from JT Suport and they says can thats Tanks isnt repaired... :/
well... I make my own repair

see that

really I dont take off complet valve parts... the real valve is broaken and I drill with my Lathe and apart the valve... before it I remake the screw thread 5/8"... ASA Valve standart...

I save the tank, but the valve is really dead... no problem... I buy the ASA OnOff valve and put in the tank to use...

well, see specialy the "Level Indicator System" (this bull****!)
is only the foam block with magnetic pin inside... and make very boring bell ring...

mabe use hot glue in point blocks for protect the magnetic pin to strike the tank body...

we need many tests for that
