And yes I still own mine,it's my baby and would be too hard to replace. It just came back from PPS,for some reason the trigger isn't anywhere near as smooth as it was and the 4-way was somewhat sticky on arrival.I fixed the stickyness but,it's still doesn't seem the same...May have to send it back again..
I've got to send my CP Blazer in next week. Started leaking bad and I cannot diagnose it. Time for a rebuild anyway.

Hope your trigger problem works out. The smooth trigger is something I love about my CP over my other Blazers.

Dave (S7G) from alaska has the real CP blazer right? He bought the one that was Craig's blazer. Am I right?

OK,
That all being said I pick up this Blazer from here on the list. I decide to call in and see what if anything was ever done by PPS, and also to make sure there are no flags on it out in the community. This is by no means a reflection on the person I bought it from or the deal. (let's make that perfectly clear)
She pulls the file, and tells me that nothing has been done to it by them, It's birth date was Dec 15, 2004, it's first owner was some guy named Dave and it's a CP sig series. OK great....what does that mean?
What were the original specs of this style gun.
As Drum stated, it's low pressure. What else

If that's a CP Signature Series, it's been heavily modified. Take a look at the bottom of this page. That's the Web Archive of Palmer's site from August 2004.

That's what's the most confusing part.
Nothing has been done to it by them, and the PPS blazer logo looks original.
I couldn't tell you what was done before i got it though.

It looks more like a GP sig series than CP. Are you sure that's what they said or was that a typo?

Not a Paladin's Pride gun... those are all right feed guns.

Mike, that looks like a very nice Blazer you got there, but I don't see how it could be a "CP Sig" Blazer if it is doesn't have his sig, or any of the anno or the milling.

There is/was a CP-designed mod that was supposed to lower pressure and increase something else, I forget. It also involved re=springing the gun. I seem to recall that is was jokingly referred to as the "Tea Bag mod" but maybe they refer to it as a "CP Sig mod" or something now.

The fatty reg is a cool bit, but keep an eye on it. Craig told me once that using a fatty reg, even on a low pressure Blazer, is potentially problematic in our varied seasonal temperatures out east. As I recall, he said that the regular Stab gives us a better (bigger) adjustment window for a wider range of ambient game temps.

If it was a GP Series, it would have GP's signature laser engraved on the right-hand side of it.

CP was what she said.
I just sent an email into them. Let's see if Craig can shed some light in this mystery.
I agree, it doesn't look like a CP.
It doesn't look like a GP either...No signature and its a 2k longer ram
