Strokers, flat rings and QEVs, what a combo

Ive had Typhoons, but for some reason, I have always liked Strokers better, I guess its the tinkerer in me that likes the concept of transformation.
Anyway, I picked up #1958 from here a year ago with a leaky LPR and a blown pneumatic hose for a great price and intended on fixing it up, but until recently, had never got around to it.
So, I ordered a rebuild kit, some hose and thought since I'm ordering, I'd try out Delrin flat rings and a QEV to finish it off, MAN, I couldn't believe how big a difference flat rings and a QEV made on these old girls. I was able to back off my LPR almost two complete turns, its a much smoother action now.
I know this is old news to some of you, but if you have an old Stroker laying around with swollen bolt o-rings, make the switch, you wont regret it. Currently, Strokers are going cheap on the forums and Ebay, with an o-ring or two and some modern love, they can perform nicely, pick one up.

That's looking really nice, Dewane! Great work, and it's nice to hear of the improvement.

Plus, I'm loving that sweet AKA Sidewinder on there!

I, too, like Strokers and that one is very nice. They clean up really well, don't they?

Looks nice! Was that formerly a PMI-1 DF? I've been agonizing for ages over whether or not I should send mine in to have it Stroked or just have it prettied-up and left as a pumper.

That is almost the exact same setup as on my Phoon. I couldn't believe how loud the QEV were. Nice job on it.

The delrin flat rings are hands down one of the best performance enhancements for the money. I put them on my 1k Blazer when I upgraded to the new beefier masterlink and it made it much smoother.

Newbie question:
I'm assuming flat rings are non-round "o-rings"; where do I get them?
