Painter build

I just got a hold of a Nice trigger group, and stock (Thanks ROBO, and MRBIG!)
and would like the communities opinion on what I should do with them

I already have a Hurricane on the way-- just one more month, and I have a minty KP-3

It will either be nickle plated, or the black zinc(depending on which stock ROBO sent me, he won't tell, says it's a surprise, but both looked great, so I'm stoked; or should I say Stocked )

14" barrel, with full length spring feed tube and quick change (I can't remember, is that the one with the dropout?)

what do you guys think?

A scratch built Palmer's gun is completely about personal preference. Go with the options you like best, not what we think. Pretty much anything you come up with will end up looking sexy if it's in a wood stock.

Since you got a Hurc coming and a Pump KP3... to keep everything different try to do a Lever or Bolt action... That will make for a good selection of play types...
I'm working on an easy bolt action mod for KP's right now.. Got break out the TIG welder and finish her up..

Your original setup sounds nice though... When you ask them about the full length springfeed, ask if the lower tube has to lengthened also too support the feed tube... I forgot to specify that on my Hurc build... oops.. so my feed tube will be slightly shorter maybe only ten rounds...

yes I know that Phantom Power, I will ultimately go with what I want in the end, but I wanted some input from the wood owners community, and see what they would do as far as options, and customization ideas. basically I'm looking for a sounding board. to bounce ideas off of.
