as for the bolt, i doubt the 2 thousandths of an inch will mean it needs to be turned, i doubt it will make that much difference...

KPs are usually a little tighter than 0.690 . So the bolt might fit... If you get the ultra quick strip mod, it will come with a new bolt.

Wedgits will solve more FPS problems than anything else.
