let's break it down.
How does it adjust for different pressure inputs? And are there any side inlets?

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Fan of EMR
Hoping to see Craig come in here and cover some of the questions.

My questions are:

What pierce pins does it accept?

How much does volume does it take up?

Does it use the same threads as a CCI/RTR bucket?

How is pressure adjusted?

Does it vent when the bucket is taken off?

Side port for a gauge?

Any chance of a miniaturized female stab like this one?? That a little braket or holes to mount one in place of the Vert ASA on a Phantom Gargoyle would let people use what ever bucket changer they wanted and still give a low volume reg which is exactly what I'm looking for.

Copypasta!

So, this reg was built to fill a niche in many markets... An adjustable In-line Reg that fit a wide range of tanks, output pressures and applications while using proven Stabilizer parts.

Due to demand I built this reg for applications like;

Internally regulated gas through stocks.
Regulating 12 grams on those super hot days.
Hidden applications
Limited space
Air soft
Regulated Air supply backup
Robotics

The list can go on and on..

The 12 gram version will hold both 12 grams and 16 grams.

The 16 gram version comes with no bucket and longer threads for the 16 gram.

We also have a Female ASA version, that will get listed in the next few days.

They have a slightly lower ratio since the air is routed though the plunger.. I figure we lost about 1/5 of the ratio compared to standard Stabilizers.

The 3/16 hex adjustment is done via the top.... You must remove the reg off the gun to adjust it..."Sorry that was the only way to make the adjustment reliable". We do have an adapter that will allow testing with large tank so 12 grams are not wasted during setup.

The lance and seal are locked down with a threaded bushing so the seal can 't blow out

Later versions will come with a guage port...

It can be panel mounted if an ASA is used on top of it.

The 12 gram lance can be converted to male 1/8 npt with a micro rock nipple

The heads from the In-line, Direct and Female Stabilizer fit on this unit.

The bucket threads are 14 Tpi Same as a paint ball tank... I opted out of the multi lead thread to combat vibration. Like motorcycles and industrial machines.
Using the same threads as a paint ball tank on the bucket end allows us to attach a wide range of adapters.

We design our regulators to be modular... Heads, tubes, valve bodies.. ect. are interchangeable allowing for a wide range of configurations. What you see now is just the first stage of new line of regulators that will compliment our Stabilizer line.

Thanks !

COPYPASTA!

A standard Stabilizer has about a 70:1 ratio.. That is plunger size to high pressure output hole. Generally the bigger the reg is, the better is works.

Greater ratios allow for better consistency throughout the full pressure range of the tank. 1/5 of the plunger surface area has regulated pressure applied to the opposite end of the plunger. Therefore it cannot be as consistent as a Stabilizer.

The bucket takes about 3 turns to remove. "Same as a paintball tank"

The adjustment is on the top of the reg. The reg can only be adjusted while removed from the ASA/gun/device/ or whatever you may have it attached to.

The air chamber size is the about the same as a micro rock.

Thanks

More Pasta!

The head uses the same seat as a Male Stabilizer... The seal kit is the same as Female Stab but with two extra o-rings. The plunger is the same as the Boulder/Pebble with an extra hole.

CA Cart Regulator [PPSP027] - $105.00 : Palmers Pursuit Shop, Where Custom Still Means Something

The CA version.

As you can see below, I tried to trim as much as I could off of a Stabilizer.

The Safety valve is basically a low pressure Stabilizer plunger built into a NPT fitting. 10-600+ psi... Accuracy gets a little sketchy above 600.

So the "safety valve" goes on the NEW "cart reg", or a CA unit. Sorry about this question Craig. I'm just trying to figure this out.

No,,, the valve goes down stream somewhere on your device/gun

I just mention it since this reg does not have a safety valve.
