blazer rock valve help

have a steady strong leak for my LPR on my blazer. replaced plunger o-ring that wasn't it. now trying to get valve cap off other side. It is a cast iron pain in the *** to get off. used boiling water and a screw extractor won't even budge. anybody have any other suggestion.

brother in law is an aircraft mechanic he took it to his shop and took care of it

Are you talking about the rock? And the rock valve body that has orings on the inside under that screw? (screw part #35 into part #70)

I tired to get mine apart and glad i didnt need to.
