| Deluxe super psychedelic | micro rock project
I had to dremmel off the barb from a micro-rock to get it out of a frontblock this morning (long story). I was thinking of fixing it and using it on my 13ci bike tire pump project. my tires need to be inflated to a max of 95psi so an HPR is kind of overkill, plus, the small size of the micro rock would make it a lot easier to carry in my backpack. it needs a rebuild, so the first question is if someone can direct me to the rebuild kit or parts that I need to rebuild it on palmer's site. secondly, my bike tire pump project uses microline fittings which are 1/8th npt. since the threaded portion of the barb is still stuck in the lpr, I was thinking of just tapping it for 1/8 npt. is there any reason why that would be a bad idea?

There might enough room to drill it 1/8 but the wall is very thin. rock parts. Rock Parts : Palmers Pursuit Shop, Where Custom Still Means Something Just drill the barb out with a #21 drill bit. Then use this 10-32 tapered thread barb to 1/6 ID tube [FITT042N] - $3.00 : Palmers Pursuit Shop, Where Custom Still Means Something
