| Pump player | Super Stocker questions
Finally aquired some PPS beautifulness yesterday. Super Stocker PS94, thanks dunc! Very happy with the trade I made but I have some questions for you gents.. 1) My pump arms guide rod is on the right side of its body where the ball detent is, almost every picture I have seen of ss's the guide rod is on the left side. The pump arm also has a hole on the left side where it would/should be. Is this supposed to be like this? But I cant just unscrew the guide rod and install it on the left side because the bolt wont allow that. Any ideas? 2) Is this: Pump, PPS [PPG024] - $30.00 : Palmers Pursuit Shop, Where Custom Still Means Something the pump handle I need to purchase if I want a new one? Mine is very old and certainly shows it, the handle is cracking in places. 3) I dont see a super stocker bolt on the PPS site, do i have to call them? Thanks.

pics would help. if the pump arm is on the right side there probably is a good reason for it. do you have an offset feed? or sight? is the quick strip slot cut into the right side? maybe the previous owner wanted the right side clear of obstruction from the bolt pin, etc. youll need to call up palmers and order a new bolt. that pump hadle does fit the super stock but again i would find out why the pump arm is on the right side before buying anything. post some pics of each side of the gun and im sure we can help you out. I really don't know to be honest, I gave palmers a call yesterday and spoke with Lori, she mentioned this super stocker (PS94) was born 2004 and has had 5 registered owners (including me) since then, probably more un-registered. So somewhere along the line someone really hacked it up... but I feel its my job now to restore it back to where I will be completely happy with it. I will be ordering a new pump handle among other things soon...

That pump handle looks like it came from a Sheridan P68AT. The holes were to connect the auto-trigger mechanism.

I'll see if I can get the bolt listed in the future... Hurcs , Typhoons, HoundsTooths and Stocker bolts are all the same. Yes you will need to call... IIRC the bolt is $30 You can order and pay for just about anything with this item. Pay Palmers [MOOLA1] - $0.00 : Palmers Pursuit Shop, Where Custom Still Means Something We can also send PayPal requests.
