$50 per barrel to bore them out...(1/2 hour) Some barrels have odd shapes that make holding on to them difficult. Thus there is possibility they could be slightly off.

I need about 1 inch of flat surface for greater accuracy.

(I normally do not list prices here since they are subject to change)

4 barrels at once gets the 5th one free.

Craig, just noticed the description under your user name above the avatar. I think a review is in order. Kindly appreciatively.

Do you have a 1"x1"x12" of solid brass that you can use their dimensions against itself? I'm afraid to even ask how much it will cost to turn this solid block of brass into a thick walled 11" double spiral vented barrel bored freak style with Palmer inserts. Sigh... that was such a finger twister. Time to stretch and pop these joints! Ta ta!

I'd be interested in something similar as well, 1" OD cocker, only in 7" long and threaded for a Kaner tip if dooable?

Anything is doable but american threads are prefered. My manual machines are not setup to metric single point threads.

Brass of that size is about $10-$15 a foot. Then about an hour to turn it down and thread it.. So $120 before plating... Prices are estimated and subject to change.

Craig, please forgive my ignorance in the matter, but did WGP not use American threading in their Kaner barrels?

Craig, I just got rid of my Kaner tip and Carter whoosh rain cover, or I would have lent it out to you.
