I still have my CCM barrel kit which works for me so I am not in a rush to get a new barrel but that sale looks good.

Yep they were, wedgits were optional on them too IIRC. I don't remember what their price was, its been awhile.

Wait, both the barrel and the insert snapped?

I thought a cylinder in a cylinder was supposed to be one of the strongest setups even if they are thin??

No the barrel snapped at its weakest point, right at the collar where the barrel meets the threaded section of the barrel.

The insert is fine, When the front of the barrel fell off the insert was still held by the collar and was still sticking out of the gun.

I was very confused at that point...I still am as to how exactly it broke.
