Pictures of Restoration of BZ031

I recently picked up BZ031 and did some restoration work on it. Here the pictures before:

After disassembly, blasting with crushed walnut shells, polishing the barrel, and refinishing with a custom woodland camo duracoat surface, here is how she ended up. . .

wow - I am impressed! You are a brave man, buying that marker, knowing what your plans were. I almost cried when I first saw that marker, and the poor sterling that went along with it...

Not bashing your Duracoat job, it looks great, but I liked the Checkered design better.

Azzy. . . These were some custom wood grips I purchased from a guy a long time ago for another project. I will need to mod them just a little more to fit the frame better.

Foughtwolf. . . I am sure the sterling is fine. They were both painted with a matching checkerboard pattern and offered for sale over on POG. As you can see from the comments above. . . we all have our own unique taste in marker aesthetics! Me. . . I play on a scenario team, so I am trying to hide.

Shoulda left it alone, I heard rumors that Andy Warhol was going to sponsor a scenario event named after his painting of Marylin Monroe.

I wouldnt have striped duracoat to re duracoat it.

He wanted those guns to be goofy. He had that gun for a while, glad it sold.

Ano was worn on the inside but i would have left it as it was.

Looks cool, im not a camo guy as far as guns go, but nice.
