it is to my understanding PPS did not follow the numbering sequencing at all, so the highest number might not be newer.

Agreed. However, I am looking for the highest serial number, not the newest 1K Blazer.

I am calling the shop in a few, I will ask them if they know.

Highest 1K Blazer serial number on MCB wins a patch of my choosing.

My old blazer was BZ838.

Anyone got or seen one higher than BZ838?

I'd like to know where my old blazer is, b/c I want her back! So, maybe someday BZ838 will be mine again!

I spoke to Jessica on this a couple of days ago, but I am finally updating this thread.

The highest recorded SN for a 1K Blazer is BZ930.

Jessica goes on to explain that there are quite a few gaps in the numerical sequence below that number and there were also a certain amount of serial numbers that were duplicated.

Finally, as many have mentioned, there is little if any correlation between build order and serial numbering.

All told, it is estimated that there are between 700-800 1K Blazers in existence. That is a pretty small number compared to a lot of manufacturers. I guess it is fun to think of the 1K Blazers as a "rare" gun relatively speaking. I will bet there are twice as many Typhoons out there.

Anyway, all you 1K owners, go and hug your little buddies. There are fewer 1K Blazers out there than there are Vectors.
