| MCB Member | A special moment yesterday Well I've been whoring a lot of PPS markers over the years. Owned lots of odd PPS creations and some really interesting ones too. But there was always one that seemed to elude me, the legendary Hurc. Never seen or touch one, let alone played with one. A friend on this forum, Fireball, recently finished up a restoring a older Hurc, serial 200 and finally brought it out to play with on sunday. Needless to say, I had to whore it off of him for a few rounds at a scenerio we were at on sunday. I can now understand the awsome powers of wood and brass in a semi package. Crazy fun to play with, and I'm suprised how fast Hurc's can fire. Not that heavy really either. First kill with the 'Cane from me was a bunkering I attemped on a player that was hiding behind a Doritto about 70 feet away. Ran up to the bunker under fire, jumped over the bunker, landing onto the clueless player, smacking him with the Hurc wood stock in arm and causing his Egriped A-5 to fire, hitting me in the hand. BUTT STOCK SLAP! WOOT! I've always wanted to do that Hurc's are special, that's all I'm going to say.

| Hey, that's all part of the game! Like stick work on the ice. A butt stroke is not the easiest or cleanest way to tag someone out, but I see it as the same as using a paint knife. It takes a true ninja to pull that off. Hurcs are definitely fun, but I have never yet used one for "hand-to-hand" paintball combat. D

| I would think of it more like a badge of honor. Maybe now you can get yourself a nice brass stockplate for the back. Inscribe "Your face here" casually mention to anyone that remarks on it that you usually dont even bring any paint on the field! |

| MCB Member | BTW it was accidental hitting the guy, but nontheless very funny. I've got an odd habit of falling on people while running PPS stuff.... I attempted to bunker someone a few months back and manage to rip off the top tube of a Superstocker....
