| Airhole sealing on a Blazer. I was wanting to know what kind of process is used to seal the airholes on a Blazer. I have a project where I need to seal a tiny little hole in an aluminum body that will barely hold 80 PSI. I will also be re-annoing that area as well. Is there a cost-effective way that this method can be done? Can this be done by any jo blo machine shop?

| Any competent welder should be able to plug the holes very quickly. If I'm not mistaken, that is how Palmer's seals the holes in the Blazers.

The reason the welds are a different color is the difference in alloy (filler rod vs. body). Jordan

| Yes the area is way too thin to use a grub screw.

| Lord humungus the Mod | My vote would be a quick tig weld. Take it in and have a welder put the appropriate filler in the hole. It'll most likely be very cheap. -Jake
