| nasty tooth. Okay so the main reason I am asking about this gun is that I want to know if I could take the body off a trigger frame and drop the body into a stock and KP trigger assy and have it work? Should it not be able to and I am left with it being more of a pistol styled marker what accessories should I consider? I know I would want the .45 frame, vert air, and sight rail.

| Yes it will work. You will need to drill the back end of the body so you can put in the little pin to hold the KP trigger group in place, and devise a way to fasten the stock to the body, but the easiest way is just use the existing grip frame screw hole and drill a matching hole in the stock. Your air setup can make this more or less difficult. The hammers that Palmer uses should work directly with a KP - the body is sized differently so I don't think there is a problem.

| Yeah it's not plug-n-play to put in a stock and trigger group (hence the big Hurricane/Painter conversion cost) but it is possible. If you're not set on the 45 frame, you could K-frame it. You could add one or more regulators easily since you're going vertical bottle. I find a stock of some sort is very useful for pumping to maintain sight picture while cocking. What sort of feed system are you getting on your gun (stock, spring, direct)? If you're getting direct or spring, and HT do not come with QuikFire (PPS auto-trigger) installed by default, you could add that for more firepower? Not really options but you have lots of options on barrel length, bore, porting, wedgit depth, etc. depending on what kinda marker you're looking for.

![]() Seriously though, you have to do everything that Yellow 5 said and you would have to drill the hole for the Vertical ASA. The cleanest way to mount the gun to the stock is to carefully drill the hole that sits behind the valve assembly and then mount that half crescent nut into it and then screw everything else together. You might also want to mount an ASA block to the wood if you plan on running a bottle that isn't screwed into the vertical ASA directly. Don't forget about installing a velocity adjuster into the trigger grouping or else you won't be able to adjust the velocity without a regulator.

| Mostly id like a stock like this one. http://www.warpig.com/paintball/tech...ck/index.shtml I am definitly after the twin spring feeds as well. So I saw it mentioned that the barrels could be ported, is that correct?

| Just to clarify, a painter conversion does not cost the same as a hurricane conversion ($350 was the latest price on that). I quizzed Lori on it, and there isn't a set price. She was thinking the shop labour rate for the brass conversion and wood work. |

| That is due to that enourmous quickswitch, the trigger mods, the ASA mounting block, and how they have to route the air to the ASA. Then you have to add in the cost of a trigger grouping and a stock.
