| MCB Member | no, typhoons have the LPR in the front section of the lower tube. So that part of the tube would be longer on a typhoon. In a hurc or blazer the LPR is on the side of the body. In a Typhoon, it is the front part to the lower tube. Without the grip it looks just like a plain bras tube with a hose sticking out of it.

| You would have to call the shop. I'm sure they could shorten it a bit, but the more cutting and grinding means the more $$$ your pay. Call the shop its the only way to know for sure.

| MCB Member | It is called "Clover style" It is an expensive option for normal typhoons, and standard on squalls. It locates the LPR which is usually in the valve tube, to the passenger side of the gun, opposite the ram. Expensive, not common. Its what they do with 12 gram typhoons I guess, which means mostly always squalls.

| Anyone have a picture of a stock typhoon without the fore grip? Sorry for being a pest.

| You're better off getting a forward ASA like RoBos, and putting on one of the RAP tanks. They are much smaller in diameter than a 3.5oz (about an inch?) and you should have enough useable shots on a 45/60 gram to at least empty your springfeeds once. The downside is they are ***-pensive and a PITA to get filled. However, with that gun config if you really, really wanted to you could slap a 12g quick-changer on.

| Another option if you have lots of cash and can convince them to do it for you...double 12ies in the lower tube. Should just take a modification or adapter on the Faast change plug. I'd guess you could get 20ish shots out of dual 12ies, 2 barrels at a time at a reasonable RoF.

| Ew, really..that sucks, I've been worried about that being a problem. Did he happen to indicate how he's been getting them filled? I've lost many a disc on full-size tanks to the CO2 monkey using the "hey..this feels about the right weight.." method of determining when my tank is full, I can only imagine what happens when you're only working with 60 grams of gas.
