Looks like we both need help with our spelling! The question still stands!

I wouldn't suggest either files or sandpaper. A flexhone might take off too much material around the wedgits.

What kind of freakishly large paint are you using? I want some!

Eith that, or someone got happy on the wedgit press. You have 2 or 3? And I think the other question is in what? Fixed barrel PPS or removable?

Evil, PMI, Zap, Evolve tried them all. Three wedgits and removable barrel.

you know, this week, the pump stroke on my CCM series 6 got weird...it was the balls being too big for the wedgits...

Never had this problem before...EVER

I wouldn't mess with the one barrel, I would set it aside for a second barrel for now.

Heh... yeah... that's weird. Nothing but small paint around here. Never had a problem with wedgits.

Using new paint? Quality paint? Temperature? Velocities? Clean barrels? Working regs?

After taking a very close look at the wedgits one of them was much deeper then the other two. I think some body messed up at palmers and got alittle heavy handed on the pess. I am going to call them Monday. They all should be the same depth, right? Thanks for all the help!
