As it turned out, that finish isn't Duracoat (as that takes weeks to cure), it's DurBake.

Spoke with Lori the other day... DO NOT ORDER THE DURBAKE FINISH!. They were finishing the Cane up, and the finish was chipping all over the place, now has to sent back out, stripped, and re-coated again .

Going with good ol' Black Zinc instead.

It needed to be stripped to bare brass scuffed really well then duracoated...

nothing really sticks to the nickel based PPS finish... The PPS finish is great when left alone....

that KP I did was damn near bulletproof 2 years primary pump gun and it barely scuffed it....

Yeah work, "GearHeadness" kicked in, plus gathering things to get my own place... busy busy busy.... I'll play again, not this year though

I got your old Hurc almost in the stock... it sits fully flush now just need to tweak where the hoses go through... She'll be quite the looker...

Resurrection,..... She's done! the core marker anyways.

Payment & Shipping being worked out. Upon return, pics will be taken, but the Stocks are being sent out for refinishing, so a little longer until fully completed...
