theres not a lot of contrast in the pic. everything kind of blends together.

8/10 might would have liked to see the whole barrel and less brick... dunno how it'd look though. probably better the way you did it
From vacation this year in Myrtle Beach... this is about a 30 second exposure under one of the piers... I'm torn on the way out of focus pole on the right... don't like it there, but cropping doesn't seem to help the overall image either.

7/10 Tilt Shift!!
Change that plane of focus so that pole can be on the same focusing plane as the others.. Much greater depth of field. (I just bought a 24 tilt shift for that reason.. amongst others)
