9.5 just a great pic.

No clue how I got this pic with my phone, just lucky timing of them both in mid run/leap.

He nick named the gun Reggie.

for a phone pic that's a solid 8/10. Good capture

Looks good. Can't go wrong with flowers. There's a lot of space around the subject which makes the image feel a little static. Also, careful re the red color channel...when red blows out it goes pink. Hard to tell if those tones accurately reflect the subject.

Here's some objects found in a 1800's-era greenhouse near where I live...I liked the relationship between the foreground and background trees.

9/10 I really like this. "My" only want is the right side catching the rustic frame to have it looked framed. Yeah I'm fussy lol, but a great shot.

My 4 year old picked 2 daisy's then threw them into a water puddle and said daddy take a picture, so I pulled out my phone and did lol.

I like the composition. Colors are a little flat, I'd like to see his vest pop a little more and the white balance looks a little off (or his shirts isn't totally white) but it may also be pulling color off the vest. Depth of field is really good. All of them (the couple) is in focus and the background drops off really pulling you back to them. And you're right, her expression looks great. Happiness, love, contentment. I say 7.5/10

This was an assignment using glass blocks to refract the light yet still light the subject. Had to be something commercial as well, something you would see in an ad. Most people shot bathroom or kitchen products as this lighting works really well for that type of shot. I went a different way...

All photos taken with a Panasonic GX1 M43 through a Panasonic 20mm f1.7 lens - no image stabilization, tripod, or post-processing.

Taken from an Iceland Air A330 leaving Rekjavik at dawn.

Photo taken from Monmartre in Paris in March of 2013. Thats a huge thunderstorm with pretty epic hail rolling in from right to left in the photo.

Walking down from Monmartre after the storm.

I'm going to go ahead and rate Chopper Duke's photo, since the above poster did not.

I like this photo a lot, but the shadow of the..... shovel? handle (the green thing) on the background kind of distracted me. "What's that? Oh, the shadow." was one of my first thoughts when I looked at the picture. Overall, great shot--I really like how the overall lighting turned out. 9.5/10, because I'm a bitch and I don't rate 10/10 (there's no such thing as perfect)

I'll rate yours, too, LudavicoSoldier. Since you posted five, I'll just pick my least favorite (again, I'm a bitch, and I like being the devil's advocate sometimes).

Number four: Overall, not a bad shot, but I find it to be a little dark. Maybe decrease your shutter speed a little bit. Unless, of course, that was your intention. The picture looks very.... blue. Like, a bit too blue for my taste. Rating is a solid 8.5/10. Nice shots!

Here's my addition to the thread:

My Ragdoll cat, Sam.

I got a little pissed while taking this picture, because the damn lens I was using has a habit of getting fuzzy when fully zoomed in. The fact that the CAT is also super fuzzy doesn't help

This was the best out of a series of shots. The only editing done was to add the darkened edges. Yes, his eyes are really THAT blue

9/10 for not enough cuteness showing lol.

So I was taking a leak on the side of the trail and had a feeling something was watching me.... low and behold I was right.
I find the lighting is too bright on the face but damn if I could get her to pose!
