i personally love bokeh, so thats a big plus for this picture for me.
the focus seems to be great and the framing is great...

i just wish it was more from in front of the player, or at least not a complete profile shot

other than that, i dont see anything wrong with this at all

The water looks great as did the colors. My eye got hung up on the rock in the middle which obscures/cuts off the flow of the water. This could even be two separate images stacked--one above and one below the middle line. If I was doing the shot, I would have brightened the middle rock and darkened the front right rock, which I found a bit distracting in terms of brightness.

Being picky. Lovely shot.

I'd say a 9/10...
Nice PIC, I'd like it more if more from frontal position.
Here is my first contribution.
National Guard Check Point for the Brooklyn Bridge. From just after 911 when I worked down at ground zero...

If you look closely to the back ground, you will see a tracked APC. Odds are you will never see another Tracked APC in New York City again. Tracked vehicle are very hard on city pavements, so usually not allowed in cities. Some where I have a PIC of an M-60 Tank in New York City streets. I got to try to dig it up.

Subject is very cool. Interesting to see some up close and personal images of Ground Zero. Seems like a pic one would see in a newspaper or magazine though, instead of an artistic piece.

Sorry for the link to Deviant Art...

I did this one about 5 years ago, with a cheap, low resolution, autofocus point-n-shoot. All things considered, I kinda like it. Other than a slight cropping, nothing was done to this photo. I think this was my first attempt at anything "artsy..."

Thoughts?

I definitely like it. I would have liked to see the bug a smidge darker so make a crisper silhouette, but I do like the photo.

This isn't my best photo, it was just a candid shot at the field, but I'll submit it anyway.

Wasn't done as an Artistic Piece...
Was taken live at Check point...
I actually have about a 1,000 Pics from ground Zero.
A few are mine, others were sent to me. I started to put a collection together, and asked all my friends for contribution. Took on a life if it's own. I'd say about 1/3 are from internet sources, others are Pics never seen. I even have Pics from the lower train levels sent to me by Transit Workers. Will look through them and post a few of the better ones.

Sorry, forgot to rate the picture above...
Say a 8/10...
Should be a bigger bag of Doritos...

Here is a Pic from 911 I know most people have not seen.

When I first saw this statue, I thought it was a person sitting there.
They later cleaned it up and made it a make shift memorial on site.
