I am not really qualified to rate anything, but I can't really decide what to focus on in the pic. I am going to go with a 5/10 because I don't know really anything haha.

Great colors, great exposure, awesome gun. I find that pole in the back to be a little out of place, but still a good shot especially for how long you've been using a DSLR. 7/10

Photo from today with some effects.

Again, it's me so take it with a grain of salt. I am just thinking the selective color isn't working out so well especially how the wall gradually yellow's and under the mask (chin area)

4/10 (grain o' salt sir)

Thoughts?

@shadow_772: Nice photo I'm not sure how to rate it. I'm in the same boat as you (starter\noob\whatever). The picture doesn't scream out perfect but doesn't look bad either. I'd say 9/10

I like it! I would've used a smaller aperture to get a little bit more in focus or go the other way and open it up a little to blur more of the body, but I like the shot! Nice job!

Here's one I took for my daily photo project last night. 30 second exposure using a speedlight to provide the light. The only outside light was the light coming from the windows and the porch light. I think this one turned out pretty well.

8/10. I like the slight blue, works well with the dark shadows.

This is from a test roll of fomapan 100. The negatives don't curl like tri-x which makes scanning much more pleasant.

Really like it! 8.5/10

One I snapped at work night at the firehouse one night that I ended up liking.

@jtusa 10/10 Like the grainyness/noise. Wish you hadn't told that you shot it at the firehouse because I rather liked how abstract the photo is. Then again I like abstract stuff and whether I KNOW what a photo is wouldn't effect my rating of it 10/10
