Just a man doing what he loves.
9/10 I just love the reality of it.

This is towards the top of our quad chair there was snowmaking guns running at the top giving it that glow effect with the sunlight going through it.

He nick named the gun Reggie.

That could be in a travel magazine. Love it. Maybe a little dark towards the bottom, but great shot! I dig it! 8/10

Made myself a desktop wallpaper.

I like this--I might have centered the pink juuust a bit more upwards, but that's just me. How much further down is the horizon from the bottom edge?

One of around six or seven I took of my rifle.

here are my thoughts.

Get the entire rifle in the shot unless you are specifically gearing the shot towards a certain part of the subject. Use a neutral background. The wall works well, but not with the baseboard and carpet in the shot. I'd give this shot a 5/10 overall. I think with a little composition adjustments you'll have a winner. Exposure is nice, focus is a little too thin for my taste.

An old one. I need some more street shots.

Nice shot, the trees frame it well. 9/10.

I wish this had come out a taaaad bit darker. Just a little bit. I'd edit, but I'm not at a computer with PS.

And also to address Josh's thoughts above--the reason you can't see more of the rifle is because this is from a set of somewhere around six or seven shots I took, each detailing a different part of the rifle.

10/10 I am amazed.

Tried low shutter speed and high aperture at night to create effect. I am pleased.

Good on you for getting out there and having fun "outside the box" with your camera. That's an amazing way to learn what happens when you use funky settings I like it a lot!! What exactly did you photograph?

HDR from last weekend.
