Yep, Fujinon EBC. It's got a tiny, tiny bit of fungus in there, but considering I paid $5 for it, I'm happy. The photos (except for the shot of the camera) were taken with an Auto Chinon 55/1.7.

$5 is my kind of thrift store find. A little fungus doesn't hurt anything but resale.

Back in the late 60's/early 70's the 500DTL and 1000DTL were the sh*t because they offered TWO types of metering...spot and average.

Yep, the metering system on the DTL is actually very cool. It's got a switch on the side of the lens mount that allows you to choose. Unfortunately the viewfinder and focus screen are pretty poor, and 1/500 is a bit slow. I'm liking the Chinon CM-3 I picked up from the same junk store much more - the finder is incredibly bright and it has the split prism that I prefer. The girlfriend is claiming the DTL once I find her another nice 50mm to play with. I'm keeping mine for videography.
