so i traded my Tamron zoom lens ( was just ok) for a Canon 28-105 mm USM lens. Figured id rather have a canon over the other even with loosing the zoom range. Now my question is the Barrels/Tubes seem a little loose - have a little wobble - It has no effect on the pics just a little annoying. Ive looked it up online and is a common thing with some of the canon lens's - Anyone know of a easy way to fix it though? Ive heard of some people putting a little loop of tape on the back tube to make it a little less wobbly. Let me know! I was aware of this issue when traded but i figured a Canon 28-105 USM was a better chioce than an older Tamron 28-200

hmmm I have a 28-105 USM II as well and I can't say I've experienced this. I'd say you could try what was suggested by others online OR better idea take it in to a local camera shop and have them take a look. Might simply be by design or could indicate a further issue. At this point nobody knows.
