I sold my 500d and most of my glass yesterday, in pursuit of a FF canon.
But now Iīm having second thoughts about that.

I almost always shoot around 35mm and the dslr has been a real burden to haul around.
Do you think I will be disappointed if get x100 as my only camera? Not really worried about the focal length but the speed of focusing and shallow dof.
Not rally interested in x100s, cause thatīs almost double the money.

If you were going to pursue FF Canon, the X100s will be incredibly cheap for you. It could EASILY be your only camera, as long as you don't shoot sports.

The Panasonic M43 cameras have fast autofocusing. They should be announcing a new camera in the coming weeks too.
