need some photoshop help

First off I have no idea how to make these pictures smaller. If anyone can tell me how I will. I usually use photobucket to post pics, but I cant seem to remember my password from years ago(I knew I shouldn't rely on auto-saved passwords).

Once upon a time I had a generic version of Photoshop. I told my parents that I would help them with this project, but have found that the computer that it was on is now toast. If anyone can help me get this done I would appreciate it.

I am needing to take the first picture (the one with the white dog in it), and make a Christmas card with it. I would like to cut out the pig, black dog, and the goat and place them in the first picture. The animals that are placed in the first pic need to be sized a little first tho please.

The pig is bigger than the white dog, but not by much.
The black dog is between the white dog and small dog in size.
The goat is about the same size as the black dog.

The picture of the black dog is out of focus. This is the only pic I was given of that was even half way useable. I am hoping when scaling this down to a 4x6 or 5x7 it is not real noticeable.

Placement of the animals is not really important. Just make it look half decent.

I can pay for someone to do this. Just lmk what it is going to cost.

Thanks

Yeah. we have several of them (7 at the moment I think). That one is Bandit. We will breed him next year with a female I keep at my house. I have his father also.
