Elements '12

hey guys,
just picked up a new macbook pro + PS E12'?
I'm looking for a good tutorial site, youtube failed me and is giving me one with a talking puppet.....ya no
one with a Russian lady with broken English....I dispatch and deal with this all day
and one that is a 12 year old kid who has not reached the age of puberty yet

I have had experience with Photoshop before back in high-school, but that is a couple years behind me.

There's NAPP (Nastional Association of Photoshop Professionals) which is like $99 for a year but I think they have freebies. Website is photoshopuser.com

Another good one is Lynda.com. Again, I believe its a membership site but lots of good info.

If you want to do composites, compositeplanet.com is really good and he has some free backgrounds and brushes. You can also buy specific tutorials.

I think there's more but I don't have my notebook with me that has them all in it.

Who doesn't love a web tutorial hosted by a puppet? Even better, sock puppet!

I used Lynda.com throughout college for info. I haven't been on there in a long time. It's good info. Are you doing composite type work or simple correction and editing?

Ya was looking for more free crowd sourced stuff since
I just spent a wack on a new monitor for my camera, macbook pro and photoshop elements....so gonna be a bit broke for a bit
but ya I keep going back to lynda.com so I will probably go with them

Composite-planet.com is a solid one but have to pay per tutorial

I have experience with LR4 so corrections and stuff like that I have a solid handle on. More composite shots is the way I would like to go.
