Time to add a new lens to the stable

I am wanting to get a news lens for my Canon 50D. I currently have a 28-135 and a 10-22, so what new lens would you suggest?

I mainly shoot marching band events and take shots of water and waste water equipment.

maybe get a specialized lens like a tilt shift, fisheye or fast prime?. It might be more practical to go with a longer focal length like 120mm - 400mm for the marching band events?

Sounds like you could fair well with a 70-200 f2.8. Gives you the speed and length to shoot on those less than ideal lit fields. Also if you need more length just get a nice magnifier like a 1.6. It doesn't slow down te lens too much and gives you that extra length without a huge investment.
