Need advice on software for web design

Hey ladies and gents, I have been plugging away for a while on the website and I am just not completely happy with where it's taken me with the ITXDesign setup. They offer decent templates but I am getting to the point that I really need to revamp the website to make it easier to locate product.

Anyone have software suggestions for web design, or am I at the point I just need to take a html course and just do it that way?

CoffeeCup makes nice software for graphical elements on websites. They are easy to use and give great results, but for commercial (e-commerce) it may not be what you are looking for.

I'm a fan of Homesite, but it's better suited for straight html coding.
Macromedia isn't cheap, but it's definately the way to go for very professional sites.
