Is 97 f a good temperature for a 3800 64 dualcore?

I've been trying to lower my idle temperature, but the lowest I've gotten is 97-99 f.
Originally it was operating at about 115-118 f.

I'm running the stock veloci-... er... clockspeed of 2.01 gigahertz.

I've seen other reports on Temps in the 35c to 37c (95f-98f) range so you are getting as low as possible.
