Well, it was primarily evolution-exchange (since I use Exchange for my e-mail), Java JRE, and some other browser plugins (Flash, Shockwave, etc). At this point, I've got it mostly where I want it to be, with the exception of JRE. Version 1.4.something is there, but I really wanted to get 1.6 installed. Installing through YaST, I keep getting dependency-related errors ("no valid source for the required dependency" or something like that), and that's after adding a bunch of repositories (opensuse.org, packman, guru, and a few others). I also got my D-Link card working via MadWifi, but it takes ffoorreevveerr to initialize (like 10-15 minutes, compared to like 2 minutes under Ubuntu).
I did have a bitch of a time with X setup...for some reason it went through the motions and seemed to work, but rebooting resulted in the X server crashing before it even got off the ground. I eventually got it straightened out, but now I need to edit the boot menu to eliminate the boot modes that I know don't work and change the default to the one that I know
does work.
