cutting out fried foods was the best thing i ever did for my self. it lasted a while too before i slipped back into old habits.
cut fast food down to once a week and drink 1 less can of coke a day.
oh and, a quick walk is better for fat burning than a run. you have to keep your heart rate in a certain range to be the most effective.
little steps work best. the only way i lost 20 pounds.
