Uninstall/reinstall WoT maybe? I've never had a settings issue, so that's all I can really think of |

Nice work mrmag, luckly I own neither of those tanks so I wasn't me. Lol. Voodoo it seems a few others on the WOT forums have that problem too, seems it has been happening since January. Your graphics cards should have no prob running it just thought they might have had a new update that didn't jive with WOT. Some have had luck with downloading or reinstalling the game and they get their options back and no windows stuck up on the screen. Would say at the least redownload it and give that a shot. Good luck.

My kill list was: VK3001 StuG III KV AMX 40 SU-100 M4 Sherman PZ III/IV The best part was the PZ III/IV driver telling me I hacked him since I one shotted him and there was no way I could have seen him. Sigh, noob drivers... |

This game has the worst matchmaking system ever. It's intentionally designed to frustrate new players and drive them into purchasing gold. Tier 1 is a joke but you're just learning the game and it passes fast so OK. Tier 2 tanks were really fun, and considering you only face T1's and T3's with similar armor and cannons, it's not a big deal. Tear 3 half your matches are against Tier 5 to 6 ... W T F. Tier 4 you start facing Tier 7-9. Those fatties don't even have to shoot you, they can just drive over. I understand if maps were all huge and open - but many of them are choke point fests that you can't contribute to at all. You just sit for most of the match behind the big sluggers waiting for a breach to exploit - and then if not taken out by the lurking TD, or direct-fire artillery, your kills are likely to be stolen by people doing more damage per shot, robbing you of the higher XP gain. The XP gain is also horrendous since most of your shots won't penetrate, and reaching the enemy Artillery means: a) Suicidal early game rush that rearely works. b) Trying to survive until a delayed rush + flank the artillery and it's defenders + hope that your team didn't wipe out the artillery first. Even tank destroyers at high enough level get sloped armor and just bounce your shots half the time - from a flank. Leveling a tank line beyond T3 has been a pain. I understand using micro-transactions for convenience and to speed up the grind. They are blatantly steering you towards buying a premium tank from the start. In comparison - playing Artillery or Tank Destroyers is fun because they are made to be effective above their tier. Marder II with a T5 gun can threaten most tanks in the game, especially with explosive ammo. Artillery wrecks because top armor is typically weak - you might not one shot, but you will damage every hit. Damage vs higher level = experience, advancement Bouncing shots vs higher level = no damage, waste of time. --- While I'm ranting, one more topic: The detection system seems to allow tanks to become invisible while getting shot after being detected. That's BS. If the tank was shot and hit, it cannot just disappear while standing still. It has to first break line of sight, at the least. The concept of this game is excellent, but the money grab is evident and way too greedy. I wouldn't spend more then $15 on such a game, all-included, but they are asking much more. "Free to Suffer" combined with "Pay to Win". |

Well that's precisely why I wont pay the money. I enjoy the challenge and frustration of learning a new tank. It's not supposed to be easy, which is nice. I like that it makes me mad haha
