A few guys started doing the Insanity workout at lunch at work, I joined in. Now it would seems as though I am about to start getting ready for a marathon.
Two questions: 1) I currently run about a 8-ish minute mile, and the farthest I've ever ran straight through was like 2.5 miles. I would have till October to get ready for marathon. (I have been told it's a half-marathon at only 13 miles) Is that enough time? 2) Is getting ready for a marathon and doing Insanity excessive? Clearly I would need to eat more...
