i have been running talon lately flat AP doesnt help him at all

Rune wise, I have three pages that work for just about everything: I have ad runes: Armor pen marks and quints dodge seals cdr glyphs. I have my ap runes: ap per lvl marks flat health quints flat armor seals flat magic resist glyphs then I have tank runes: Flat health quints flat armor seals flat magic resist glyphs and I usually run the armor pen runes for easier cs. I use this rune set for jungling too. |

Talon is AD isnt he? I thought all his abilities scale with AD... he was fun last week when he was free... Bunker
