DO'H
My capsule only holds one.
But I can put a ladder on the outside and see if he can hold on
Lol

I need to learn keyboard shortcuts and how to "add maneuvers"
Do maneuvers just give you a countdown and a target to aim for on your orientation ball?

Yes, they tell you when, what direction, and how long to burn to do something.

How do I tell what color/shape = what maneuver?
When I set a trajectory for the moon, when I look at the ball, theres the yellow. Which I assume is earth orbit.
Then usually a blue triangleish and purple circle ish thing..

Yup, getting the hang of these new aerodynamics was tricky at first, but I love the challenge of trying to get heavier loads into orbit, and returning larger vessels safely.

It just occurred to me the whole reason I play KSP is because of this thread.
And now I have, IDK hundreds of hours of game play, with even more hundreds watching YouTube videos.
Thanks MCB, for causing me less sleep, and making KSP "the other woman" in my relationship.

In case you guys, or any noob who reads this and wants to learn about the game or what its secretly teaching you about math, science, space and physics...

Scott Manley = KSP God.
His YouTube videos are extremely helpful and inspiring.

I successfully built my first 2 SSTO space Planes last-night. And have a prob en-route to every body in the Kerbol system.
I never really tried space planes and all that because I hate flying with Keyboard, and always did sandbox mode, so BIGGER HUGER rockets were cooler.
But now that I am doing career mode and have to save funds, SSTO is the most economical way.

I actually haven't noticed anything different really with the new aero and all that. I did play with FAR and deadly reentry before 1.0 however.
But I am trying to keep the game somewhat vanilla for my career save.

I have been trying to build a space station, but I am terrible at space docking and never made it close enough to try. I think I am missing parts or missing some way to control the craft better.

But i can land things on the Mun without issues and be close to each other... odd.
