Don't forget to add an extra parts kit: Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

Save it and copy everything into the KSP 'parts' subfolder.

Been playing a good amount, but I don't have the patience to build something worthwhile. If my design sucks, I blow it up and start again. And they all suck.

Yeah i have the extra parts. the vanilla parts are simply not enough.

Current design, 10 stages and top speed of 5000m/s (15g!), i think this one gonna go up to 3000k distance.

Speak for yourself
I stopped mine at about 3500K while it was still going 1000 m/s using vanilla parts. Really simple design, too. I'm really surprised it got as far as it did.

This game is tons of fun. Can't wait until the next version.

Not enough to reach the moon i mean!
that 10 stages design is still running, 55 minutes of flight, average speed of 4100m/s, distance 13200k. 1/3 of the way to the moon!

yeah, when you slow down... then you "fall" back, and need to make a soft landing.

edit:

I used some special fuel tanks & experimental engines. Insane fuel economy, i couldn't use the thrust past 1 because it would possibly kill my crew. Took 1 fuel sphere to get to 1.5km up and I still had another 1 to go & more. Just too tired to wait till it's over.
