Need Firefox help

A few days ago I updated to the new release of firefox. Now it will not run. I keep getting the unable to connect page. I read the pages on their website about resetting firewalls, which I added an exeption for windows defender, and windows firewall. My Norton Internet security is out of trial and I can't access it. Does anyone have any idea how to get my mozilla back up?

you didn't mention if you added an exemption to Firefox. Every time I've updated Firefox, I am always having to add it to Norton Firewall.

Not sure about what actually happens to Norton when it's out of trial, whether if it just sucks up resources as normal or does not load.

finally got it. I figured out you have to download a program uninstaller from the norton site. Thanks for the help
